Long Course Training Policy

1. Hong Kong Amateur Swimming Association Limited (HKASA) has allocated swimming lane to our club from Monday to Friday at Shatin Jockey Club Swimming Pool to run the Swimming Technique Improvement Scheme for publics.
2. All participants must be Current Club Ltd. (CUC) members (annual membership fee - $200) , and submit HKASA Swimming Technique Improvement Scheme Application Form .
3. We are providing a flexible enrollment method to accommodate swimmers' school schedule and unexpected events. If swimmers are not able to attend the session that they have signed up for, they are allowed to swim in a different session in the same month without payment. However, this will not apply to those who absent on the last day of the month.
4. If either Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm signal is issued at or two hours before the scheduled training session, the training session will be canceled. If warning signals are canceled two hours before the scheduled session, session will be held as usual. Once there is cancellation owing to bad weather, swimmers are advised to swim in a different session within the same month for the compensation.
5. Training session will be canceled if no enrollment is received three business days before each session. No walk-in or make-up is therefore allowed to that canceled session.
6. Your child can choose any day(s) for the training, the course fee is listed in the application form. After receiving the confirmation email, please pay your training fee using one of the following payment methods:

Payment Method 

1. Please deposit the fee into Current Club Ltd. Hang Seng bank account (371-102831-001), then UPLOAD the bank deposit slip to https://sites.google.com/a/cucswim.com/www/
2. Cheque : Please make a cheque payable to Current Club Ltd and return it to your coach.

After completing your payment, you will receive an electronic receipt at the email account your provided.

* Current Club Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or change the swimming course. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
*All our Current Club's coaches hired for conducting swimming courses hold Government recognized HKASA Swimming Teachers Certificates or Hong Kong Swimming Coaches Association Coaches Certificates.

Long Course Training Insurance Policy 

Current Club Ltd. (CUC) is an organization that values safety of its members at the programmes we organised.  Coaches hired under CUC in conducting swimming courses hold a valid Government recognized Hong Kong Amateur Swimming Association Ltd. (HKASA) Swimming Teachers Certificates or Hong Kong Swimming Coaches Association Coaches Certificates. In addition to coaches' qualifications, one of the major benefits that participants enjoy is the insurance coverage that we provided for Long Course Training at Shatin Jockey Club Swimming Pool in addition to HKASA's insurance plan.  

The Public Liability Insurance provided by HKASA covers accidental bodily injury (including death or disease) to any person or accidental loss of or damage to property. However, the policy does not cover the legal liability to 1) any trainer and coach 2) properties of any participant of the swimming, and the like training programmes organized or co-organized by CUC. It also does not cover the legal liability arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with 1) any participant to other participant 2) any coaching activities of the swimming, and the like training programmes organized or co-organized by CUC.  Therefore, CUC purchased additional insurance to cover any accidental loss sustained while CUC member is in participating &/or attending Long Course Training.
